it's one of those cupholders that remind me of grandma Severson and Volvos. They hang in the crack of the window on the door of a car. This is a Godzilla cupholder. See the little tab on the backside that holds it on the door?

Our Subaru has only 8 places to hold a cup so just have the old cup holders on a shelf in the garage. Sad!!
