William Lyon Air Museum

http://www.lyonairmuseum.org/welcome/

We visited the new bomber museum today that opened near John Wayne SNA Airport.  The museum's founder is Major General William Lyon, founder of Lyon Home Building company.  I wanted to go there not only to see the planes, but to shoot a bunch of pictures so that I can take them down to Nuevo and share them with Uncle Walt.  So there are a lot of pics here, that represent about 1/2 of what we took.

Hi Clark.  Great photos.  I know Walt will really enjoy them. It is so thoughtful of you.  Harry really lived a charmed life.  Can't imagine his surviving that crash!!! He must be close to 90 yrs. old and still working at the museum.  See us ld fogies are good for something.  Thanks again. Mom and Dad

Amazing.  I can't believe the condition all of the exhibits.  Maybe we can check it out during Spring Break.

No we don't know Harry.  He was just the docent on duty when we showed up for the tour.  We pretty much had the place to ourselves almost the whole time we were there, maybe 10 other folks total came a little later.

I googled his name and date and other keywords... I can't find Harry.  Is his mission still classified?
