Donut Direlicts-BHS Reunion

Met with two life long friends at Donut Direlicts this morning. Both drove a long way to get there! It was really neat to see Neil and Ken; we had alot of fun growing up in Bellflower. Now we are all grandpas seeking some fun again.

I think your dad goes to Cars and Coffee, which is another car meeting place.  Right, Clark?  Or maybe I've been confused all along about you meeting up with my ex-stepmom's new husband (how's that for confusing? :).

Yeah, I don't think he goes here.  I think he goes in Irvine and it is a different breed of cars.

Well, to clarify, I have most recently attended Cars and Coffee, but have visited Donut Derelicts on many occassions too.   I would have been there with Brad and Geoff, but Heather had 5 girlfriends stop by, and 2 spent the night.  We were up late, and I forgot completely about it until 8am the next morning.  I typically go to DD when my friend Sandy gets his Shelby out of the garage and invites me to come on down, or when Chris Eagle is in town and wants to meet up there.

His is an original Shelby Mustang GT350, white with blue stripes.  His scores about 99.7 out of 100 for originality; it is pretty much original show room like new.  There are a few of them around.  His has racing numbers on it, but I don't remember what number.
