Watched it the other day. Loved it. Anyone else seen it? I really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Saw this movie in Philly back when it opened. Amazing. Made me never want to climb a mountain.

oh crud, it's already back in the mail today, and it was Blu-Ray.

Dude, wow.  It was like a mega-version of I Shouldn't Be Alive.   I won't say anymore, other than it is a must-see.  It is only rated-R, cuz he loses sanity for a minute and drops about ten F-bombs right in a row.

I'd heard of the book but not the movie. Will have to check one or both of them out - thanks for the tip!

I watched Julie & Julia this weekend.  I thought it was an interesting movie.  And entertaining at the same time.  Anyone seen it?

We watched it, and enjoyed it.  We also watched "Touching the Void", and enjoyed that a lot, except there was a lot of F swearing, which was understandable given the jam they were in.  I think I mentioned elsewhere that I also watched "Taking Chance", which is a great but sobering movie.

I like Julie & Julia, and thanks Clark for the referral to "Void", was good too, I would have known that they were in a jam without the F bomb, it is hard for me to refer it to my friends with that kind of language in it.

No Mary. You meant the referral to "Taking Chance"--not "Void".
