Mailynn Singing a Few Songs

such a good singer.....sweet, fun times!

Oh my gosh, I loved her Taylor Swift performance! She knows the song way better than me. I love her moves, you can tell she knows the beat really well. Is she in dance classes? I can't remember. Good job Mailynn! Very clear on pronunciating your words!

She takes a ballet class. we'll probably put her into some kids choir thing around here. see how she does. She says she wants to learn how to play the piano though.

Love how she enunciates her words in that Jingle Bells.  She is so on key in that first song and knows all those words--very impressive.  Wowee--that last song was fantastic.  Go girl.  Loved the lights on the bed and watching Kai do his terrorizing act too

My question was how does she learn all the words to the songs.  Especially the first clip where the song isn't so popular.  HAAAAAHAAAAAA, just realized the kid on the bed was Kai in the last clip.  I thought it was a cousin at first and didn't pay attention to him.  Hilarious, he's chucking stuff off of the bed.  I laughed again when Mailynn straightened the picture on the wall without missing a word in the song.

Very Cute!!  Such developing talent!  How did she ever get exposed to an old Mama's and Papa's song?  If they ever do a come back, she will have to sit in for Mama Cass Elliott (RIP).

that song is courtesy of Lynh. Lynh has always been a HUGE fan of oldies, ever since I've known her in high school. Lynh sings songs sometimes I've never even heard of.

I just had to play this for everyone at work.  They were amazed.  When is she singing for the Sharks game opening?

hahah that was amazing!  Macy enjoyed the Jingle Bells one.  I enjoyed the church one, as that is my favorite primary song, always makes me cry.  And GO Taylor Swift!  hahah

Have Mailynn record the same song 4 different times, then we can play them all at the same time and it will be a Mailynn chorus!!

haha. she's currently working on "smile" by charlie chaplin i believe. We'll see how that goes. Her new favorite though is "somewhere out there", the song from american tail.

Those are SO adorable!!  You are making Joe want to have a daughter.  He was melting all through her songs!!  It is probably good he doesn't have a daughter, she would probably have him wound tightly around her little finger!!  Good job Mailynn!  You are so beautiful and talented!!

missionaries came by for dinner last night, one of them was the 4th out of 5 boys in his family..no girls. Poor mom kept trying but no luck. :) I'll pass on the compliments to Mailynn as she doesnt frequent Turtlefox (yet). thanks!

I guess I know how that feels!! ;-)  Only we didn't make it to five.  Maybe we still could, but I doubt it.

Brad and I just sat in the car and listened to Taylor sing this song.  I had to come in and watch this again.  We think Mai's rendition is the best.  When I watch this it cracks me up to see Mai's stuffed animals are all lined up neatly on her pillow and Kai one by one hurls them off the bed and Mai looks on disgustingly shaking her head as she never misses a beat.
