Jay just called and after Lynh's check-up today she is dilated to 6 so they said go to the hospital. Mailynn was dropped off at her daycare provider. Wait to hear for any further news.
Her due date is January 11th I think. But she was 70% effaced and dilated to 3 before Christmas so they thought she would have it before the New Year. Oh well, missed the tax write-off.
OK at about 5:30 tonight she had a baby boy. They are naming him Kai Quang Severson. She had a very fast labor. 21 1/4 in long and 7 lbs 6 oz

Am surprised that Jarom didn't call. Guess he was not as excited as with the first child. That ties the great-grandchildren with the grandchildren.
I am surprised that you didn't call us Jarom. That makes the grandchildren and great grandchildren even. It s surprisingly even too in the fact that we have 21 grandson and 20 granddaughters; there are 21 great grandsons and 20 great granddaughters. Of course it will tip in the direction of boys with the 3 more boys that are expected. We really have a remarkable legacy and love each and every one of the little people.
that is amazing.... 21 and 20, and 21 and 20. Sheesh. I just diagrammed it for some people here at work, on my whiteboard, and they couldnt believe we all get along, enough to have a family reunion with nearly 100% attendance every other year.
