Japan - Before and After Satellite Photos

A co-worker just sent this to me. It's a website with photos and a slider bar to show the effects of the tsunami in Japan.

Wow, I realized that you can slide the bar from right to left to see the after effects, at least on the 1st link. I didn't click the 2nd. It's crazy to slide it over slowly and see where water continues to be and what major buildings are still standing when everything else is wiped out around it. Sad to see whole cities just gone in the after pics.

Crazy. The amazing part is the complete removal of every boat in the photos that show harbors. Before - lined with boats. After - not a single boat.
