Circle graphic - CUSTOMIZE IT

Submitted by geoff on Mon, 02/12/2007 at 1:29pm.

The most consistent feedback we are receiving from the users of the site is that you would all like to see more abilities to 'customize' your own pages.  And, based on the feedback regarding the look of the Inner Circle graphic, perhaps this will come as good news.

Jay added a feature that allows you to select your own custom graphic.  Here's how:

1) Make sure you have added people to your Inner Circle.
2) Click on My Home
3) Click on Circles at the top right of the sidebar.
4) Select a Circle Style from the dropdown list.
5) Click Save circle style.

Now, because you are all what we consider "privileged users" by being among the elite group of early joiners, feel free to contact me (geoff) and request a design.

The Duck's ring rocks!!! Thanks. The only problem is that the ducks changed their symbol a couple of years ago. Thanks again!

Okay, here's my request. I like the Gasket (with outlines around the boxes) and I like green, but I don't like the green gasket one. I want a slightly thinner circle (like the gold one), plus I want the green to be a little nicer shade. The one choice is kind of a bright neon, how about a somewhat darker forest kind of color?

But I do like the customization, thanks! Don't take my complaints and requests for cooler ones as disapproval of the feature itself :-)

Dude, that is a MAD cycling ring.  It's up on my profile.  Thanks.  Can I get a triathlon one in the future with swim, bike, run and some dude in between to represent the 2 transitions?

you never should have done that. you will be forever building more and more rings... and then this site will be called the ring and someone will die from watching it.
