Brandt Severson posts a 73 !!

That's the facts....anyone who plays the game can appreciate this feat. One over par!!  Unfortunately, I happened to be his opponent. Brandt/Troy  vs  Brent/Tim turned into a route as Brandt shattered personal records with 7 birdies in 18 holes !!  Yes, that is SEVEN. While we played respectable golf we had it handed to us.  Hats off BS  !!!!

Nice Brandt!   I kinda know what 1 over par is from playing minature golf...so sounds really good but I am sure I don't realize to what great depths how meaningful this accomplishment must be but I wanted to congratulate you.

Thanks, Valorie  . . . and thanks, Tim, for posting this.  What a good time we had, and although a lot of pride is on the line, it is amazing what a "gracious loser" Tim was (Brent as well).  Tim just kept smiling and saying it was just great to be there witnessing my amazing round of golf.  It probably means nothing to those who do not golf, but I'm still shocked at how well I played.  Funny thing was that I still had two double-bogeys (two over par on each of two par fives), so clearly could have played better.

So enjoyed hearing about this golfing fete Especially being able to talk to you on the phone about it. So happy to hear the losers were good sports. Brent we can understand but a Severson being a good loser almost unheard of.  With a name like Severson you are competitive!!!!
